What you send us

When you ask for an estimate we collect your name, phone number, the service you need, your town or ZIP, anything you choose to add, and the page you sent it from. We use it only to call you back, answer your request, and schedule and do the work.

What is collected automatically

Like any website, our host receives basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and keep the site secure. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or follow you to other sites. When you use a form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks in the background that a person, not a bot, is sending it. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

Who handles it

Cloudflare hosts this website and keeps a copy of each estimate request for us. Each request is also emailed to our office through our email provider. If you book online, you use Housecall Pro's booking page, which has its own privacy policy. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests and job records only as long as we need them to answer you, do the work, and keep normal business records. Ask us at any time and we will delete what we hold about you, unless the law requires us to keep it.
